Mass Edit Contacts
I would like to be able to pull up a screen where I can edit many contacts at one time. This would be useful when importing from another application or if you usually email contacts and want to come back on a schedule to add more info.
When you say "Edit many contacts at one time" - what is it that you want to edit? The notes? the full contact details?

Add a customized to-do sequence to apply to different groups. Each group has custom to-do sequence.
For example, I have different to do's for buyer prospects and seller prospects. What I would like to see is the ability to customize a to-do sequence for each specific group so that when I add a buyer to buyer prospect group, I will be notified of buyer to do's… more

Add "Birthday" field for clients under contacts
It would be really great if CL could remind you a week in advance of that date every year. Just a thought, people love it when you remember their birthday.

Home Button, please
When we go to any screen we should be able to click a "Home" button to go back to the beginning. As it is, it appears as though we need to hit the BackSpace button a number of times.

Reminder Email
It'd be much easier to read and find our clients when using the reminder emails if they were listed in a vertical format, instead of in a paragraph format. So it'd be like:
1. Mr. and Mrs. Smith, 123 Main
2. Charlie Snow, 483 Lake View Dr
3. Bill and… moreIt does list it vertically in most cases. Can you tell me what your email/account is so I can research this?

Is it possible to add a calendar
A week view, or a month view, would be helpful at a glance.

Add new contacts to "to do" list
Not all contacts have the same follow up needs. I would like all new contacts to be added to "to do" list so system bugs me until I do something with them. Then I can transfer them into the follow system.

I would love to be able to add contracts from landing pages and set of a sequence in CLB and also add to my email campaign.
